4 Parmesan Folios™ – halved
1 small Raw Zucchini - cut in half, then into 8 Sticks
1 Carrot Raw - cut in half, then into 8 Sticks
1 Red Bell Pepper Raw - cut in half lengthwise, then into 8 Strips
1 Yellow Bell Pepper Raw - cut in half lengthwise, then into 8 Strips
Trim off the two curved ends of the Folios™ to make rectangular pieces. Reserve the Folios™ pieces. Microwave 1 rectangular Folios™ at a time for 1 minute. Remove quickly and carefully (they are hot). Place 1 strip of each vegetable on each other on 1 end of the hot Folios™. Roll the Folios™ tightly around the vegetable strips forming a bundle. Repeat for the remaining Folios™ and strips until 8 bundles are formed. Allow to cool and crisp. Then serve! Makes 8 bundles.
Use reserved pieces of Folios™ and crisp up to use separately on soup, salad, or dressings.
