Jarlsberg® Folios™ Crisp Bowl Quiche Lorraine Scramble
Ingredients
4 Jarlsberg® Folios™
6 Extra Large Eggs
3 Green Onions Chopped
1 Cup Shredded Jarlsberg®
1 Cup Diced Ham Steak
3 Tbl Butter
4 Tbl Heavy Cream
Pinch of Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg
Directions
Make 4 Jarlsberg® Folios™ Bowls (as per package directions)and set aside. In a bowl, add 3 eggs, 1 ½ chopped green onions, ½ cup shredded Jarlsberg®, ½ cup diced ham steak, 2 Tbl heavy cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg, then whisk together. Leaving the same amount of each to repeat to complete 4 bowls. In a large skillet, melt 1 ½ Tbl of butter, then add all ingredients and scramble on medium heat, keep stirring till eggs are cooked but still soft. Fill 2 Jarlsberg® Folios™ bowls and repeat for the other 2. Can all be made at once if skillet large enough. Serves 4.
