4 Jarlsberg® Folios™

16 Slices Corn Beef

1 lb. Sauerkraut

4 Tbl Russian Dressing

8 Pickle Spears (optional)

Directions

Take 1 Jarlsberg® Folios™ from the package and place down on a flat surface. Lay 4 slices of corned beef on top. Add ¼ lb of sauerkraut. Then spread on 1 Tbl of Russian dressing. Roll up the Rueben and place on a microwaveable dish. Place in microwave for 1 min. Repeat for 3 more Rollups. Cut each in

half on an angle and serve with pickle spears. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
